Important – Unboxing Video Required

To report any issue such as a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, you must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Claims without a clear, unedited unboxing video cannot be accepted.

The video should:

Show the sealed package before opening.
Clearly capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
Show the product and any issue found.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos (if applicable), and the unboxing video. Verified claims will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
